Argentinean Meat (Prelude for a Cyborg of the Pampas)

Director, choreography and stage space / 2021

SYNOPSIS

Hybrid beings formed by living matter, pixels, and garbage.
Dance of bodies urbanized by the technological race and precariousness.
Faded vignettes on male sentimental education.
The scene as a kaleidoscope of our time: wet dream and nightmare of the Cyborg of the Pampas.

DESCRIPTION

Argentinean Meat (Prelude for a Cyborg of the Pampas) is a live arts work that blends elements of dance, physical theater, and visual arts. On stage, four performers bring to life post-human beings composed of living matter, garbage, and electronic devices. Through experimental exploration and the intersection of artistic languages, the piece continuously reflects on male “sentimental education,” social control, and the shaping of bodies in contemporary society. The aesthetic proposal is a hybrid that merges virtuality and presence among bodies, objects, materials, and projections.
